Understanding Pool Risks

Before enjoying our pool, we require all users to acknowledge potential hazards including slippery surfaces, varying water depths, and possibility of injury. Your safety is our priority, but swimming inherently carries risks.

Pool Rules & Safety Guidelines
  • No running on pool deck
  • No diving in shallow areas
  • Children under 12 must be supervised
  • No food or glass containers in pool area
  • Shower before entering pool
Legal Terms & Conditions

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks of using swimming facilities and release Jetti Pool management from liability for injuries sustained through normal pool use. This does not waive rights related to gross negligence.
